I don't know one thing about diets as I have never been on one before.  I know some of you are thinking "really then why are you going to talk about one?" Well, I just finished up this great one that I just had to share. I don't even like to call it a diet because really it's more about training yourself to eat healthy.
Which I needed to do! 
I had that last lovely 10 pounds of baby fat or muffin top I just couldn't get off. This diet actually targets the belly fat!  After seeing a few family members doing it thinking I could do that, I went out to buy the book (at target). It teaches you about the healthy food to help jump start your metabolism. Within the first 17 days I lost 9 pounds and jumped back into my old clothes again, and finally I had a load of energy because of eating so many vegetables.  I would recommend it to anyone, but you have to love veggies, fruits, proteins, and whole grains. If your not a healthy eater than this diet is not for you. It's not just 17 days don't let it fool you .. it's 4 rounds of  17 days to get to your goal. Just thought I would share in case you just can never shed off those pounds you have dreamed of. I have at least 5 friends/family that have lost more than 10 pounds just in the 1st 17days. Plus I know now how to finally eat healthy which I think is more important than anything!
